Isla de la Plata, located off the coast of mainland Ecuador in the Pacific Ocean, is a protected nature reserve that provides a taste of the Galapagos Islands' unique ecosystem.

The tour typically begins with a 1-hour boat ride from the mainland (Puerto Lopez) to Isla de la Plata, during which you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and potentially spot marine life such as dolphins, whales, and sea turtles. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a pristine island with rugged cliffs, sandy beaches, and crystal-clear waters.
